02 September 2014 i am in IPCC is it compulsory to write the answers from institute module in exam and which are the best books for refernce of auditing,companylaw ,IT SM and accounting

You can refer following books--

ITSM-Dinesh Madan
Company Law-Munish Bhandari
Auditing-Surabhi Bansal
Accounts-P C Tulsiyan

Along with reference books you must study Practice Manual and RTP for good preparation.
