17 September 2014 Please tell the way of calculation of Bonus?

Suppose an employee salary is 15000 p.m basic 2000 Da 1500 other 11500 .
El 15 days Cl 6 days allotted to employee.

Employee consumed all El & Cl allotted to him ,apart from El & Cl he took leave of 15 days (i.e absent), 10 days worked extra .

days in year 365 ,10 days holiday declared by company .

It is 8.33% or 20% of earned basic salary p.m.
