my friend is a businessman and he is facing some problem. he problem is that in forth quarter 2015-16 he sold some items under tax invoice but forgot to issue the bill now second party asking for bill their vat return also has been filled so suggest me that may he issue bill in second quarter 2016-17 for those amount or not please suggest me what should he do
