Dear Sir, An assessee having income of less than 1 crore want to show income less than 8% for that purpose CA have to done audit u/s 44AB of income tax act. Sir, I want to know that whether such audit are also consider while calculating ceiling limit of 45 audit as fixed by The ICAI. Please provide me proper advice for this matter.
