Is is mandatory for a company to file notice of AGM with the ROC in form Aoc-4. If yeas, then such requirement is governed by which provision?

18 November 2015 No...none of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ask a company to attach Notice of AGM in AOC-4.
