Articleship transfer related n eligible ca final attempt

19 April 2014 I have submitted an application letter to icai for taking transfer. I hv recently got married on 13 December 2014. I hv submitted ma principal's NOC Letter n ma Marriage Card along with transfer application. NOC Letter is dated 05 Jan 2014. N yet i m waiting for the icai approval regarding transfer. I hv started articleship on 05 Feb 2012.

I want to know the period from 05 jan 2014 to date till i actually submit transfer form or till i received d icai approval will it be consider as articleship period under previous employer. As i have taken 5 months leave from december 2013. so i m concerned abt ma ca final attempt whether it vil be in nov 14 or may 15.

19 April 2014 Upto the date of termination mentioned in form 109 shall considered the articleship training period with the previous employer, and the date of commencement of articleship mentioned in form 103 with the new employer shall considered as re-started articleship training. Period between date of termination and date of re-join shall considered as articleship training break period and doesn't considered as articleship training period.

So know about your first final attempt eligibility depending on the following details, so calculate that required the following details

1) Date of termination
2) date of re-joining into articleship
3) leaves with the earlier employer and with the present employer(if any)
4) date of first commencement of articleship(you provided it as 5-2-2012).

So provide me the above details if available at present or when it is available then i will explain you about your first final attempt eligibility after your termination.

20 April 2014 Yet i have not taken transfer with ma previous employer. When i get icai approval then i will be able to submit form 109. I m still registered under ma principle bt ma sir was saying that the date when we have given you NOC 05 jan 2014, we hv relieved from that date so m confused abt the period from 05 jan to till date. I have not submitted any transfer form with institute. Is there any provison like i can tell icai dat i hv started atticleship with new ca from 10 jan 2014. N when i will fill up form 109/ 103 can i show backdated re registration of articleship with new ca... plz help
