Please help me clear some confusion about from 109 and its late submission. I got form 109 signed on 29-Sept-2016 with date of termination 15-Aug-2016, so i do need to pay Rs. 100 fine ? As from the date of sign i still have 30 days. Along with fine (if payable) if any other formalities are required, please mention.
