i m in 2nd year of articlship and i would like to take transfer on the ground of shifting to another city.... what document to be submited to satisfy the reason of transfer

It is allowed that your parents were shifting on transfer as per icai permissable grounds for transfer after 1 year..
if it is not parents employment transfer , and normal transfer of family to different city..you have to request for the same to ICAI and can ask for its permission
ICAI may accepts your request on receipt of valid supporting documents like rental aggreement in new city or if it is transfer of parent copy of transfer order will be sufficient
however you can make a call to icai and can ask what proof they want they will guide you in this regard..
