ICAI dont bother when you will register for articleship . . but you should send forms for registration to icai with in 30 days from date of transfer . . if u have not registered as article with in october end you are not eligible for may2017 attempt

there is no deadline for articleship registration. so there is no delay as such. except that your CA finals attempt shift by six months.
