26 February 2015 sir i am bcom regular and exam in march and i am join articleship feb 23 . can i fill form no 112 .

26 February 2015 if you undergoing articleship then within 30 days of feb 23 i.e by 22.3.2015 u need to file form 112 seeking permission from icai to pursue additional course.

26 February 2015 u r not allow to join any regular course along with ca articleship... form 112 is for seeking permission to do one corresponednce course along with CA dear....

26 February 2015 but why do u want to get into trouble by showing it to icai when u know after march u will not be doing b.com as its final year as u said???????

27 February 2015 Submit form 112 now. After completion of B.Com when you opt for M.Com again submit form 112.

@Ankit - Full time courses can also done with permission of ICAI provided timing of class and articleship do not clash.

27 February 2015 but sir current time I fill form 112 then whyregion disclosed .because me regular student and class time of college and office are same and bcom exam start in march 15 and classes are over

27 February 2015 sanjay sir... i agreed with you.. but 90 % students have same time for clg and classes...

now if he is having same time... how can he submit form 112 seeking permission.....

So i wil suggest do complete this current year then convert it to private.. and fill form 112

27 February 2015 Since college and articleship timing are same you should have started articleship after B.Com. Now just clear the B.Com and submit form 112 while registering for M.Com provided timing of class and articleship do not clash.

26 March 2015 for nov 2017 u must complete 2 years and 6 mnths of training on 1.11.2017 withour taking any excess leave.

u must submit form 103 for training by max to max by 30.4.2015

27 March 2015 yes if they accept any date before 30.4.2015 then you are eligible for nov 2017 subject to competeion of advt itt, gmcs as applicable and u dont take excess leave else your attempt shall be delayed by 1 attempt so dont take more leaves.
