If I haven't done my ITT , OP , GMCS from ICAI , will I be held eligible for receiving my IPCC mark sheet.
Further can I start my articleship ?

I don’t think you’ll be able to join articleship taining without doing ITT. It is better to check this with ICAI officials to avoid any future problem.
