31 July 2014 Sir i decide to take termination so i informed to my principal last month 28 th june and my one year completed on 4th july....but now he said put date 30th of july .how i will face problem

31 July 2014 no then 1 year is crossed and u cannot take a valid transfer as u will be in 2nd year.
