Iam CA final Sutent And My Articalship Copmlit of 1.5 Year But I want Transfer On My Office So If I am Not Certified The Condistion OF Icai But My Principal Agree To Givan Transfer And Iam Also Agree So What Sould I Do

21 May 2013 Transfer of articleship after one year requires ICAI prior permission to transfer before form 109 signed by employer

and you should have valid reason to take transfer which is already specified by icai
