21 June 2015 I am appointed as a statutory auditor of a company. The company is intended to reduce the audit fees compare to earlier auditor's fees. Whether I shall be guilty of professional misconduct for undercutting the Audit fees.

21 June 2015 No, because undercutting (Clause 12 of Part I of the First Schedule) deleted through amendment to the CA act in 2006.
