30 March 2015 Whether a part time employment elsewhere person is eligible to appointment of auditor or not?

30 March 2015 Section 141 (1) & (2) of the Act prescribed the eligibility and qualifications of auditor.

Only a Chartered Accountant (individual) or a firm where majority of partners practicing in India are Chartered Accountants can be appointed as auditor.
