Applicability of tds on foreign payment of salary

03 August 2015 If an indian co.is paying salary to its employee in china for rendering services whether payment made for such services is liable to TDS if yes then it which section and at which rate and whether there is any exemption slab for payment of such salary.

03 August 2015 sec 192 is applicable if he is an employee of co but working in china.

But if payment is being made in US$ then how should we convert such payment please tell the method on conversion.
