Applicability of service tax on insurance agent

w.e.f 01/04/2016 insurance agent liable to pay service tax having comm. income more than rs. 10 lacs,please guide me the procedure to take registration in this regard and discharge S.T liability.

Please check again. To my understanding an Insurance Agent earning commission income is liable for TDS only only (by Insurance Company) & service tax liability is on Insurance Company only.
