If a Service Provider Providing Taxable Service From Jaamu&Kashmir to Service Receiver (Who is in Maharashtra), Then Who is liable to pay Tax If Service Provider is Liable then how he will pay the Tax because he would not be Register as an assesse of Service Tax because Service Tax is not Applicable in Jammu & Kashmir
