Sir,
Electricity Charges paid more than Rs.20,000/- by cash. Whether such expenditure will not be allowable as deduction u/s 6DD. Please clarify. And also its consequences.

Yes,
If you paid it directly to a Government then its allow to deduct as expenditure.
