Applicability of companies act 2013 on depreciation

Whether the depreciation calculation as per new companies act 2013 is applicable for f.y 2014-15 or any stay has been made over its applicability?

Please confirm as it is quiet urgent.

23 September 2015 Applicable for all companies from 01.04.2014. See MCA General Circular 08/2014 dated 04.04.2014 from link given below:
