We are running a BPO for USA based company.
So I just want to know whether such services by BPO will be treated as software for the purpose of Regulation 6 of the Notification No. FEMA 23/2000-RB Dated May 3, 2000.

Software defined in FEMA Regulation is defined as
any computer programme, database,drawing, design, audio/video signals, any information by whatever named called in or on any media other than in or on any physical medium.
So, would it be cover as audio/video signals, any information?
