29 October 2015 IS AOC-2 AND MGT-9 IN DIRECTOR REPORT IS APPLICABLE TO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY?

IF YES, THEN WHETHER APPLICABLE TO SMALL COMPANY OR TO OTHER THAN SMALL COMPANY OR TO BOTH.

PLEASE CLARIFY THE ISSUE..

29 October 2015 MGT-9 is required to be attached for all companies. Please refer 134(3).

AOC-2 is applicable for all companies, however it is to be attached only when there are related party transaction in the company
