New F.Y has been started and i m still confused what rate of service tax, I should apply 12 or 14% please confirme me the current rate of service tax.

17 April 2015 no confusion is there... current rate is 12.36 % with cess... and it wil b in use until the new rate comes in notification

17 April 2015 since new rates are not notified by dept so continuine using 12.36% only.

17 April 2015 Current rate of service tax is 12% only 14% will be applicable from a date to be notified after passing Finance bill.

19 May 2015 Revised Service Tax Rate will be applicable from 01.06.2015.
