18 July 2015 CAN I FILED APPEAL AGAINST PENALTY ORDER U/S 272A(2)(k) AFTER EXPIRY OF TIME LIMIT i.e.30 days.

18 July 2015 you can along with a request for condonation for delay in filing of appeal. It is for CIT(A) to accept or reject the application.
