13 November 2015 What is the maximum marginal rate applicable to AOP and Private trust ? Pls state the % rate for both AOP and Pvt Trust. Thankyou.

13 November 2015 currently 30% is the maximum marginal rate. The wording was useful for revenue when the tax rates used to 40%, 50% and so on
