I pay annual charges every year at the time of promotion my children to next class

e.g. i pay rs. 1100 per month tuition fee and Rs. 7500 towards annual charges my every year

can i claim both (1100*12+7500 ) under 80c
please reply at the earliest

22 February 2013 You can only claim exemption of Rs.1100*12 for Sec 80C deduction, if and only if you have paid this tuition fees for your children , to the school.
If you have paid this fees to tuition classes than you can not claim it u/s 80C.
