26 December 2014 C- form requires turnover, and meaning turnover specified under section 2(j) of CST Act, 1956 which reads Turnover means aggregate of sales price received or receivable in respect of sales of any goods under interstate trade.

Therefore, you need to mentioned Invoice value (Sale + Excise Duty + CST)
