20 June 2013 are benefits of Amnesty scheme available for the company who has paid Service Tax & filed returns upto FY 2011-12 but not paid service tax & filed returns for FY 2012-13??

20 June 2013 Only unregistered unit have due of service tax they can avail the benefit of amnesty scheme under the service tax and they have not issue the any notice from department then interest and penalty can waived.

21 June 2013 But it is also applicable for registered user who has not paid Service Tax.. so my question is if company has paid Service Tax for 11-12 but it is yet to pay service tax for 12-13... so here a company can avoid penalty & Interest under tis scheme?
