whenever i visit sebi or mca website there are amendments in which it is written that they will come into force on their date of publication in the official gazette. My question is how do one comes to know that a particular amendment is now in force as i do not find any notification that a particular amendment is now in effect. My second question is regulations given in sebi or mca website includes forceful regulations only or it includes draft ones also.
