15 February 2011 Generally purchase consideration is based on the agreement between the two companies.
there are 4 methods of calculatig.
it is irrespective of nature of merger...
1.Lumpsum method.
2.Net assets method.
3.Net payment method.
4.Share Intrinsic value method.
