Hi Experts, Can Alternate Director appoint another alternate director.. if yes then can this another alternate director can have voting right ?? awaiting your replies ....

1)Alternate director can only appointed by BOD if authorized by its articles. 2)Or by resolution at general meeting Alternate director alone cant appoint.................
