Dear All,
If aggregate turnover is less than 20 lakh, & dealer has voluntary registration. Will he/she be able to avail input tax credit against his/her sale?

Yes he can avail the Input tax credit, aslo note that he has to charged GST from 1 supply invoice (no basic exemption is available)
