I am Bcom LLB & CS professional student.(PA 6 L)
I have been working in the field of A/c & taxation from near about 8-9 year & wanted to continue the same even after completion of my CS.

My current Company is Pvt. Ltd. Co. need to appoint Full time CS as per the new CA act and even old Act also but they are still not appointed the same only PCS firm has appointed on retainer ship basis.

1)I wanted to know the career prospective after completion of CS without changing the current job profile ?

2)Suppose my current company offer me position of company secretary along with my current profile then what are traning & formalities i have to complete before eligible for appointment and what salary i have to quote?

24 August 2014 Continue working in Account and taxation department and try to gain more and more exposure as finance professional.

Also start taking interest in secretarial working of the company like preparation of docs along with legal work. You are actually in great position.

1. You have good finance knowledge, experience and opportunity which is great.

2. You have done LL.B which is must with CS.

3. Soon you will be member of ICSI.

So you are going to be on top with Legal, secretarial and finance exposure. Keep doing hard work and open your eyes for better opportunity.
