For enrollment in the above mentioned training programme, N.O.C from the present employer is required to be submitted. pls provide a valid format of the N.O.C as it was not there at the institute's notice board.

I have no objection of whatsoever nature for MR/MS/Mrs XYZ to attend the advanced ITT programme to be held at xxxxxxxxx from xx/xx/xxxx to xx/xx/xxxx
Anything similar to this is sufficient. No any specific format is envisaged. Be careful you take it on the letterhead of your principal.
