Please let me know can we use single copy of MOA for filing with MCA for Adoption & Alteration of the Share capital of the Company. As we are Adopting the MOA as per companies Act 2013 & simultaneously we are altering the share capital of the Company. so according to me there has to be two copies of MOA one for Adoption as per companies Act 2013 & other for Alteration of Share Capital.
