25 September 2012 Please confirm me the Additional filing fees for the forms 23AC and 23ACA, 20B is allowable under Income Tax Act, 1961 or not?

26 September 2012 Yeah...any expenditure incurred in connection with business is allowed as deduction u/s-37 of the IT Act.
