We are filing form 1A to add a word india in the name of company. Main object will be as it is.

Note that ;
If a word india being first word of the
name- Required authorized capital is Rs. 2 crores
If a word india is used
within the name (with or without brackets)- Required authorized capital is Rs. 25 lakhs

Seems the monetary cap, as said above, is done away with vide General Circular 45/2011 dated 8.7.2011.
