Accounts not maintained for 8 years

06 July 2015 There is a Pvt Ltd company which was incorporated 8 years ago. They have not maintained accounts since incorporation.

Now they want their accounts to be maintained and audited. So far they just have a bank account and the transaction happens through it.

So how do we go about it. Please help
