 how to account the foll exp in relation to the registration of the agreement of leave & licence ?

1.stamp duty of rs.12000
2.registration charges.1000
3.& other conveyance & xerox exp 1000

 Stamp duty and registration fees are legal expenses and conveyance etc will be booked in conveyance expenses.
