we have term loan at SBI,
according to new rule
acceptance of deposit /loans from share holder is permissable

17 July 2014 For the purpose of acceptance of deposit from shareholder special resolution is mandatory and also follow the procedure laid down in section 73(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
