ACA and FCA are not at par,for limited purpose, especially in the case of allotment of Bank and public sector company audits.

Sir thanks for the reply. Can ACA (Sole Proprietor) undertake VAT Audit assignments (in particular Maharashtra VAT Audit Assignment) of a Public Limited Company. The Company was earlier a PVT Ltd. co. and now the status is changed to Public Limited Company. DOes that make any difference for Auditor. Sir Your earlier reply says Public Secto company ...does that include all public limited company?

I mean public sector company audits allotted by C&AG on our submission of Multi Purpose Empanelment Form.
