Hi sir my query is about excess paid of TDS regarding. Banda limited company as paid tds of Rs 1,50,000/- in the year 2014-15 but actually payable is Rs 1,10,000/-. Rs 40,000/- excess paid by company wrongly can we adjust this 40k in the year 2015-16.
