12 September 2015 will you please tell me that any agents of amul milk is liable for tax audit if the total turn over in the p.y. exceeds 1cr.

13 September 2015 Why not? If it is purchase and sales or commission receipts, in any case if the gross receipts are above one crore, it is subject to tax audit.
