22 February 2010 It is based on state specfic

You need to fill the respective form from the Sales tax department.generally they ask for following details

1.Business registration proof (MOA or partnership deed)

2.Details of Directors or partner or owner

3.Nature of Business

4.Materials which you are going to deal

5.other registratio details (like Income tax, Service tax)

6.Place of business and proof for the same

7.Authorised person for the business
