Hi, My landlord stay out of India he has given Power Of Attorney to his father. His father has sign rent paper on behalf of him & giving me rent slip for every month sign by him on the behalf of his son. So can I give Pan Card Of my landlord & rent slip sign by his father on his behalf to my office to get the benefit of HRA.
