I would like to know the good CA firms in bangalore.. good in the sense (good exposure).. i am not sure whether to go for a big four or a good medium sized firm.. please do guide me in this regard

Suggest you to Go for BIG4 as you will get good exposure. And if you want to go in Job then it will be a great help as you already will be familier with the MNC culture.
