Can we claim deduction u/s 80c for the registration charges paid toward aquiring residential house property for Ay 2013-14
we did not take any loan for the same.. The consideration was paid by self finance
please advise

Yes. There is not condition under section 80C to avail a loan to claim a deduction for registration charges of house property. The deduction is available even if the property is acquired from own funds.
