CA PARAS BAFNA ( Expert ) 10 July 2012	There is no such Section Numbered as 194LLA in the present Income Tax Act. . However Section 194LA is there in the Act. It deals with the TDS @ 10% on Compensation receivable under Acquisition of immovable property (Other than Agriculture land), where it exceeds Rs. 200000/-. .
