As per latest amendment,if a goods carrier own 10 or less vehicles in the previous year then he may submits his PAN to prevent his TDS from being deducted.
my query is that if the FIRM engaged in transportation has more than 10 vehicles but none of them ARE OWNED by the Firm(for eg firm take vehicles on lease /rent ),then what will be the impact....?
