22 December 2014 if notice under section 143(2)is issued after the due date then what is the procedure to be followed?

22 December 2014 You write a letter to that effect to the issuer of the said notice. (Before doing that just have a look at 148 as well.....it should NOT so happen that 143(2) is dropped but 148 is issued a fresh)
